JW Marriot Marquis Miami

Anyone stayed here? close to restaurants? stores?Just got this hotel on a web site on a saturday night in Jan for only $235. Its going for $500 on marriots website and another web site. I think I got one heck of a deal seeing as all the downtown hotels are priced way to high for that one night.

The hotel is very nice as are other Marriott Marquis Hotels.

 

Location is nice. It is within a few minutes of the Intercontinental Hotel and the Epic Hotel. You can walk to restaurants on Brickell and in Bayside (I am not big on Bayside) and if you like to walk you can take a 15 to 20 minute walk over to Mary Brickell or a five minute taxi over there where there are lots of restaurants.

 

Sounds like you got a great deal and I would go for it.

 

It's only a couple of years new.
