Best Place to get Fresh Conch on St Thomas/St John

We love fresh conch. While on our port call to St Thomas we plan to get over to St John from snorkeling. On the way back to the port we'd love to stop in a place that has good fresh conch on the menue.

 

Any recommendations, etiher on St. Thomas or John.

Conch is most likely fresh frozen in the VI. It is brought in from other locales. Cuzzin's has excellent conch in butter sauce.

Jen's Caribbean Grill in town may have fresh conch. When I tried hers it was definitely more tender than others I've tried.
