tkq Posted September 21, 2013 #1 Share Posted September 21, 2013 So we are planning on going cave tubing while in Belize and have a few logistics questions. Can you leave your towel and change of clothes on the bus? Or do they have lockers? Do you end anywhere near where the buses drop you off? Trying to figure out how we get changed before the hour bus ride back. Thanks in advance.
Rare mitsugirly Posted September 22, 2013 #2 Share Posted September 22, 2013 The buses park in a parking lot there at the park. Everyone stays there and you are not dropped off. There are restrooms/changing facilities there as well (nice ones). The people from the buses are your tour guides, so they are going to stay with you. There are not any lockers. You keep your things locked up in the vans there and they are safe. You head down the path doing things along the way until you get to the water. You cross the water and continue the walking tour. Then once you get to the entrance to the water, you get on your tubes and float back down toward the way you came in (which is the water you first crossed on the way). When you are done, you walk back down the path to where you started, which is the parking lot. :) I have 2 reviews in my signature line that you can click on and see pictures. Enjoy yourself.
