brittany21 Posted July 6, 2005 #1 Share Posted July 6, 2005 I have a cruise booked for feb 06, and would be interested in viewing some pics if you have already been on their cruise. The ship, the state rooms, the activites, shore excursions, you know all the good stuff. Thanks!!! :)

mountainhouse Posted July 8, 2005 #4 Share Posted July 8, 2005 what is with the life boat drill? Is that routine? Absolutely. Every ship. I figure the more times I do it, the more automatic my actions will be in a real emergency. I once saw Capt. Al Haynes speak. He piloted United 232, that crashed in Sioux City in 1989. He credits knowing emergency procedure with saving the lifes of many on that flight. He encourages everyone to pay attention to airline emergency briefing. I have, ever since I've seen him speak. http://yarchive.net/air/airliners/dc10_sioux_city.html http://www.airdisaster.com/special/special-ua232.shtml
