Cancelling a reservation

So due to the economy and hard times my father won't be able to join us on our upcoming cruise. I booked him with one of my FCC and today is the day for final payment. Do I need to call and cancel him or do I just do nothing and they (NCL) cancel it? I just don't want to lose my FCC.

Call to cancel and have your FCC credited back.

You need to call and have him removed from the itinerary. We've made a few changes to our own over the past year.. it happens.
