B2 Hotel in Miami

Hello so I was on LMT Club and saw a stay for B2 hotel for 11/30-12/01/13 is $92. I am not sure about this hotel. We really want ICH or Holiday Inn-POM, but if this is in the same area and we can save some money that can be used while on the cruise or around Bayside, I would like to do that then. Has anyone stayed there recently pre or post cruise? Thanks in advance

Haven't stayed there but the Biscayne Tavern in the hotel is pretty cool.
