lplace Posted July 7, 2005 #1 Share Posted July 7, 2005 The Ocean view guarantee does this include the 5A or is it 6A & up? Logan
big_duck Posted July 7, 2005 #2 Share Posted July 7, 2005 OV includes 5A. If you want to avoid it book a 6A Guarantee.
herewecome Posted July 7, 2005 #3 Share Posted July 7, 2005 If there are four of you, I wouldn't book a guarentee at all. You could end up with something less that what you thought you were buying.

This cabin has only 1 bunk so someone will have to use a rollaway, which was never mentioned by our PVP! If you have 4, pick a quad.
lplace Posted July 7, 2005 Author #5 Share Posted July 7, 2005 Just two of us, so that isn't a problem, but definately like the picture window over the portholes. Thanks for the help Logan
gypsyrose Posted July 7, 2005 #6 Share Posted July 7, 2005 A lot of people don't like the guarnatee rooms but I do. I have not cruised enough to know exactly which cabin I want. I like the cheaper price of a guarantee, and it's going to be at least what I will accept if not better, and it usually is better. I love the ocean view because of the ledge you can sit on and look out. We are doing our 1st balcony next year (I know, we will never go back to a regular room):) Have a great cruise~! K.T.B. Posted July 7, 2005 #7 Share Posted July 7, 2005 Every single one of my cruises was a guarantee, I never had a problem with any of the cabins.
dan40 Posted July 7, 2005 #8 Share Posted July 7, 2005 On Fantasy class ships the 5A porthole cabins are much larger than 6As. Some more than 50% larger. Dan
lplace Posted July 7, 2005 Author #9 Share Posted July 7, 2005 Have been on two previous Holiday cruises and had oceanview guaranee each time and don't care about location of the cabin, just want the window. Logan
