Regatta over the Holidays

We are going on Regatta over Christmas and New Year and we are new to Oceania. Do you think we need to bring Formal clothes for this cruise, given the holidays. Thanks

We've been on several holiday cruises and the extent of "dress up" is DH takes a jacket and I take some sparkly, lacy thing. But, as was said, it's always country club casual. Enjoy!! Arlene;)

America one year. We are not dressy people and my husband did not bring any jacket. He felt uncomfortable a couple of the evenings, particularly Christmas and New Years Eve. Quite a few gentlemen were dressed. My DH did bring lovely silk shirts for those nights, but he still felt out of sorts. I felt fine, but I brought all long muu muus which were dressy looking.
