Most of the reviews over the past few months have been quite positive.

I'm with you, though...I almost feel sorry for it...like I just want to pat it on it's big round "belly" and tell it it will all be okay!!

NCL learned as it went through the Pride of Aloha mess. For starters they should have hired at least a third of the crew 3 to 6 months earlier, to get the experience needed to lead the other two thirds of the crew at the start. With their other new ships coming on line they do the above, and they should have with Pride of Aloha too.....

From what I have heard so far with the Pride of America, things are going much, much better. Why? A third of the Pride of Aloha's crew is intergrated at the very start of Pride of America.

It appears NCL learned a valuable lesson.....

I also read in Cruise Travel Magazine that NCL America transferred 1/3 of its crew to the Pride of America. If you read the member reviews on Cruise Critic, you will see that the improving reviews took a big dip in June. Now, I guess we all know why. I hope the NCL Crew newbies get their act together before we sail on the 17th of this month.
