Dress attire - Breeze Steakhouse

The talk of cruise elegant is starting to worry me, just how elegant is it? I'm planning on showing up to our NYE (which I'm assuming will be our elegant night) steakhouse reservations in a tailored, pin-striped two piece. Will I be escorted to the section-8 area of the restaurant?

My dad once told me it's always better to be overdressed than underdressed. Words I've lived by and have never regretted.

The workplace has become so casual, I enjoy putting on a suit from time to time. Same goes for my tux!

I've worn an open collar shirt and khaki's, and on elegant night in the MDR, we ate in the steakhouse and I wore a sport jacket over an open collar shirt...

What's not allowed in the MDR is also not allowed in the steakhouse....but consider what you'd wear to a restaurant of comparable service and food in the states and let that be your guide....

Thank you. It's not often I'm able to wear my suit so I was excited to finally have the opportunity. However, after reading so many concerns about the "elegant" dress code, I started worrying that anything less than a tux would be frowned upon.
