AngAndBoys Posted October 4, 2013 #1 Share Posted October 4, 2013 I have questions! Do people dress up? Is there a party? Are people in the dining room in costumes?
R&S Posted October 4, 2013 #2 Share Posted October 4, 2013 We have done two Halloween Cruises. Yes, people dress up and there is a contest for best costume. (We lost to KISS on both cruises. Same folks on two different cruises. To be honests they really deserved to win!) It is so much fun. We wore our costumes (Scooby Doo Gang) in the dining room along with many others. The photographers even have a few special backdrops to capture the moment. Enjoy it, it is a lot of fun. Just watch out for KISS.
mamajules Posted October 4, 2013 #3 Share Posted October 4, 2013 Halloween on board is a blast! My 4th "boo cruise" in 3 weeks. It was the deck party last year on the Legend. Lots of great costumes, fun phto backdrops, big Halloween blow-ups down the promenade. Have fun! tattoos Posted October 9, 2013 #7 Share Posted October 9, 2013 We sailed on the Glory a few years ago on Halloween, it was so much fun. I'm so glad I decided to dress up, I would have felt out of place if I didn't. You don't have to spend a lot of money on a costume, a little creativity goes a long way (I was Pippi Longstocking). We wore our costumes to the main dining room and kept them on all night. They had a costume contest on the Promenade deck near the casino. We had a great time and hope to sail at Halloween again some year.
