Best Place for Conch (Quick)

We are in Key West from 7:30 am till 1:30 pm. Want to make the most of our time there, so don't want to do a sit down lunch. I LOVE conch (not necessarily fritters, crack is my favorite) and am looking for someplace for a quick lunch.

 

I'd like to get to B.O. Fishwagon. Anyone know if they have conch on the menu recently? any other suggestions?

B.O.'s has some very good Conch Fritters, but not sure if they have cracked conch. The Conch Shack on Petronia near Blue Heaven has really good cracked conch, but they have limited hours. Depending on time of year they may only be open Thursday through Saturday. Not sure when you are coming, but you can call or check hours on line.
