Paradise Beach & A Wheelchair

I'm not sure if this is the best place or if I should be posting it it the Ports of Call section, so I'm posting it in both places. I'm cruising in December and am planning on going to Paradise Beach while in Cozumel. One of the members in our party is in a wheelchair. Is it going to be difficult for him to get around there in his chair?

They will be okay around the pool and open bar area it is all concrete. Send them a email and ask about the beach access with a balloon tire wheel chair.
