If we have Disney Gift Cards when can we have them applied to our on board account?

Before your cruise by calling DCL or TA and reading #'s off, or after boarding at GS by swiping. IIRC if booked directly thru DCL you can apply them online, .... no .... that's just payments, not for onboard account.

It is very easy to do. We applied them onboard and it took just a couple of minutes.

As above--if you wish to use them to pay for the cruise, call DCL (or have TA do it if one was used).

 

If to apply toward onboard account, just take them to Guest Services after boarding.

 

DO KEEP THE CARDS until you actually cruise or use the on board account. If you are owed a refund at any point, it will be applied to the card!
