English Harbour? Nelson's Dockyard?

Is English Harbour the same as the Nelson's Dockyard area? Or do you go different places here? I am now confused! I have always wanted to see English Harbour and didn't get there last time.

Nelson's Dockyard is built at English Harbour. However, many island tours take you to Shirley Heights which offers you an overview of English Harbour--perhaps that is what you are thinking of?
