Made my last payment today and individual said that I should get a new PCC soon. I wonder how much longer I have to wait. I wanted to start planning my family & friends cruise and wanted someone that everyone could call. And we don't want to do a group thing. punkincc Posted October 24, 2013 #6 Share Posted October 24, 2013 Call the 800 # and tell them you want to speak to someone about booking a future cruise. They will immediately transfer you to a PCC and you can discuss general plans and ask questions. Hopefully you will hit the jackpot with a good one. If you don't get the right vibe with this one, just call back another time and repeat process until you get a good one.
