Celebration decorations on Golden

I have noticed in pics that there are Happy Birthday, Happy Anniversary decorations on cabin doors. We are cruising next week and its our Best Friends Anniversary. I went to Gifts and Services and I only see packages. I only want the door décor. How do I go about ordering this?

The door decorations ensue when a passenger indicates on their Cruise Personalizer that they are celebrating a special occasion while onboard. I don't know if you can arrange that on behalf of someone else (short of stealing their password and breaking into their Personalizer -- which I am absolutely not suggesting/recommending/condoning, just to be clear!). You may be able to call Princess or their travel agent and have the occasion noted. Or if that doesn't work, speak to their cabin steward on embarkation day and ask if there's anything s/he can do then to get the sign/balloons up.
