Taxi from the port?

We plan on catching a taxi from the airport to the Tampa port and hopefully spending ~20 bucks total as opposed to $36 for the Carnival shuttle. However, are there taxis waiting from the port back to the airport after disembarkation?

Yes, they are and shuttles too.............for 9.00 pp. Cheaper to take a taxi especially if you have 3 or 4 people!
