Dream Extended Aft Balcony

We're booked in one of these cabins for our upcoming Jan. cruise. My husbands aunt and uncle have the cabin next to us. Does anyone know if the divider between the two balconies can be opened? Also wondering if they have a lounger on these balconies? We're on the Upper deck, does anyone know if the Burgundy Lounge below will be bothersome? Any info is greatly appreciated.
