Booking Summary/Invoice question

Has anyone seen this before? My cruise is paid in full but when I pull up my invoice/booking summary from the Carnival website there are no dollar figures in the Itemized Charges box. All of the cruise charges are listed as “As Agreed” and no actual dollar amount is listed at all. I have a receipt from my travel agent that shows a zero balance and my credit card statement shows that Carnival charged my account. With all my other cruises this box actually showed the breakdown of charges and the associated dollar amounts. I’ve always booked with the same agent but this time it’s different. The only thing different with this cruise is that I did not book early saver. I’m just curious; my boarding pass is correct so I shouldn’t (hopefully) have any problems at the Port.

It shows like this because you booked through a travel agent. And that is normal for this type of booking. Your invoice comes from the travel agent and not from Carnival. Nothing to worry about.

Have a great cruise!

Thanks. This is interesting because this is the first time I've ever had this happen. I've booked all my other cruises thru my TA and my invoice from the Carnival website showed actual dollar figures. Maybe it has to do with me not booking early saver this time. Either way, I'm just ready to cruise...23 days to go.

I have seen it both ways (I book through a TA also) Sometimes the prices are on the documents sometimes it just shows "paid"

I may be because the TA has a block of cabins they are selling and CCL doesn't have an individual price to show you?? Not sure.. but it is normal and nothing to worry about. Especially if you have the "paid in full" receipt from your TA. CCL would not have sent that to your TA if they had not received payment.
