Laundry.

Here is some very recent experience from the Ryndam (disembarked Nov 2 in Barcelona after 21 days). We had unlimited laundry as a neptune suite perq.

 

In terms of return time if we got the laundry out first thing in the morning it was almost always back when we returned from early sitting in the MDR that evening. If we got the laundry out later it would come back the next day.

 

As for the quality of the laundry service, we were not very happy. We took great care in identifying stains and special instructions but our light coloured cottons all look a bit grey now and stains were never completely removed. One pair of pants went missing for a week and we received others' laundry mixed in with ours once. We identified some items as hang to dry only but they returned folded and clearly machine dryed. They also must have run out of the standard stick-on tags as for the first week they were stapling cardstock tags to our clothes - particularly challenging on kids clothes when you forget to remove the tag!

 

All up I'd give the service about a 6 our of 10 but it's better than the alternative (packing clothes for a 21 day cruise) or doing it ourselves in the self laundry.

Yes, you can.

None of the Vista or Signature series offer laundry facilities.
