How does RCCL handle "Friends" coupon after final payment?

How does RCCL handle a "Friends" coupon AFTER final payment???

I faxed a $50 "Friends" coupon AFTER final payment was made.....just wondering how RCCL informs you that your coupon has been accepted, etc.

This is just a guess, but if the booking was made within the dates on the coupon and you had already made final payment then maybe they will give you an onboard credit for the $50.00. But again, this is just a guess...
