Cozumel

We're going on a 4-day western Caribbean cruise out of Tampa through Carnival in less than a month. Cozumel will be the only port. I know that Cozumel had 3 piers that cruise ships dock. Does anyone know which pier carnival stops in?

Puerta Maya pier This pier is about a 10-15 minute taxi ride from downtown.

The most frequent is Puerto Maya, but not always. Also, even if your sailing (on the Paradise, I assume?) is scheduled for Puerto Maya, it might dock at Punta Langosta. That's what happened on my Paradise cruise last month. Hope that helps!

It's the furthest from town. I think it's called puerta maya

Most probably at one of the farther out ones. There will be taxis when you get off the ship. Taxi rates are posted. Reasonable.

 

I cut costs by asking, when I get near the taxi stand, if anyone wants to share a cab to town.
