Can you still check in, if one of the people listed on booking doesn't show up before ship sails.

DH did that when he surprised me for our 1st wedding anniversary cruise. He was already in the city and checked in before I got there so he could set up the cabin. In fact I had no idea I was even going on a cruise until the little clue game he invented gave me the code to open the lock on my suitcase!! I thought we were going to spend the weekend in manhattan. But low and behold...I was boarding the Victory on a 4 day cruise!!!

 

Good grief!! All that to say - yes you can. :o

When you do online check in, it asks if you want a single boarding pass for everyone or separate boarding passes. You would just print off the separate boarding passes :)

Do not get a group boarding pass, but a separate one for each person in your party. Then each of you carry your own boarding pass.

 

Though practically, you can still check in without a boarding pass. Just takes longer.
