Aft Balcony on Getaway/Breakaway

We are considering giving NCL another chance after an "Epic" disaster on the last cruise. Looking at a Getaway cruise next fall and trying to figure out which deck Aft balcony cabins would be the best choice.

 

Right now we have Cabin #13904 on hold, but the rest of them on Deck 13 are available as are a few on Deck 12 and below.

 

Any advice, experience would be greatly appreciated. Thanks -

The thread also contains excellent advice throughout.

 

It may help you get an excellent idea regarding square footage, etc.

From what I have been reading, I would go a deck lower for a bigger balcony and one more deck removed from H2O above

The higher you are the more noise you'll hear from H20 at night.

Deck 9 has the largest bal then 12

That would be my recommendation as well. We had a balcony cabin on 12 and the balcony was huge.
