    While are TA was 18 months ago, when we went to Hudsons for lunch once, we did get right in and seated right by doors to kitchen. Being Sapphire or Haven might of got us in quickly but certainly not for location. And service very slow. A stripe guy came over after maybe 45 minutes to apologize but nothing got any better.

    After they moved the lounge and people figured out not to book deck eight, those in bidding pool would win bids to deck eight only to come here and report bad experience.

    We've sailed there several times over the years and they do change things up at times. Go in, place will be swamped, look for signs, then people who have names on list, they won't believe you, insist, then escort after showing your papers.

    Ok, so I had to look twice if that lunch was chicken parm, being expert in field. Determined yes, but looked a bit dark, maybe a bit burnt and definitely small. Probably not the best but probably better than what I've had at home the past week.

    Yes, welcome to CC. Have not seen recent reports. That said, that area used to be shops then moved shops and put in lounge. Tons of reports at the time about loud noise into the night.

    Never seen bags delivered in any expedited fashion. We have had a couple butlers ask what bags look like and appear to go hunt for them. Usually if 3-4 of us sailing with 4-5 bags, bags will show up in three stages which is norm for us.

    Gem had an attempt at a slide when it was new but removed during a more recent drydock. Not enough elevation and flow to make it fun as you had to self assist in the descent.

    What's up with the yellow apple under the sweet rolls? Some kind of sail and sustain message? Breakfast took awhile because there were 95 other tables before as they serve in table order number. Systems in place for efficiency.

    The BA has been getting iffy reviews since start. Ok, to be fair none I've seen iffy recent years. Normal complaint is crowded public areas.
