Dining Rotation

Hello all,

What is the best way to find out the dining rotation? How many days before the cruise can I find out and who should I get the information from?

I am thinking of going to Remy and want to ensure I pick the correct day so I don't miss anything important in the MDR.

Thanks in advance!

You won't know your dining rotation for sure until you check in at the port. It will be printed on your KTTW card.

You have a couple of choices:

1) Go ahead and book Remy for when you wish. After you see your rotation, if it doesn't work for you, go to where the dining changes are being handled once onboard (it'll be listed in the Navigator where) and ask to have your rotation changed.

2) OR go to where the Remy reservation changes are being handled and see about changing your reservation.

You can call DCL and ask for a specific rotation (or one that will put you in XXX MDR on a specific night). These sorts of requests are (for the most part) honored. But not always.

It is impossible to go to Remy (or Palo) and not miss "something" in the main dining room. The question is what you are willing to miss.

You will find out your dining rotation when you check in at the terminal. You can request a rotation in advance, but it is just a request.

What has worked for us is to go to "dining changes" after boarding and tell them the problem (like we don't want Palo on Animator's night) and ask whether it will be easier for them if we change our dining rotation or our Palo rotation. The dining room manager and adult restaurant manager work it out between themselves and give us something that fits our needs. It hasn't failed us yet!
