Taxi after Hockey game at BB&T arena Ft Lauderdale ?

Going to a Hockey game on Dec 5 at the BB&T arena in Ft Lauderdale where the Florida panthers play the Winnipeg Jets. I am staying at the Sheraton suites hotel in or near Plantation on University Road I think and was wondering if there are taxis available outside the arena to get us back to the hotel as we are probably going to have a few beers there. There are usually some taxis available outside the arena, but if you will have your cell phone with you, you can also call Yellow Cab at 954-777-7777.

If you do need to call a taxi, be sure to tell them that you are in the city of Sunrise.:)

If not at the arena they are definitely located right across the street at the Sawgrass Mills Mall. The mall has an assortment of bars and restaurants that are open late.
