Birthday Party Question

Hopefully an easy question. I want to order the birthday party package for someone else on my trip as a surprise and I want them to set it up while we are all at Cagney's for dinner. Does the room steward handle the set up? Or someone else? Just wondering who to seek out once we get on board to make sure this goes off without a hitch. MY room is a few doors down so I am not sure if we'll have the same steward. I am debating just having it set up in my room and coming back there after dinner just so I know it will be a surprise.

I've done the birthday package a few times. It was always set up by the steward.

Thanks Becky! Curious if there is any choice with the cake like vanilla vs chocolate? I assume they have just one option but thought I'd ask.

I had actually ordered it over the phone and they asked me. I'm not sure how to so in on the website. I'm sorry I'm not much help.

No way to select cake type there. Had to do via the phone.

Here's a pic of the bday decorations when I was on the Breakaway. My parents sent it for my bday. My bday was on the Friday of the cruise but my mom ordered it to have them up for when I first got on the ship so I can enjoy the decorations all week.
