Lobster on the Gem

I am sure this has been covered but...

Is lobster night the first night on the Gem

If not can you let me know what night it is

Can you get more than 1 lobster or is it limited to 1 per person

As of August lobster TAIL night is still on the first night, and orders many as you want! We double the surf on our first order, have done that on all of our cruises

There is a lobster dish (there are two different dishes on the fleetwide 14-day menu rotation, on menus #1 and #8) on first night in MDRs on every ship in NCL's fleet except Breakaway.

On the Gem in October..surf & turf first night...it was good....and yes..I had an extra tail !

Sadly, not anymore. The NCL Gem discontinued lobster night starting with the cruise *we* just sailed on it (July 12-19, 2014). No explanation - many of the crew didn't even know about it.

You can enjoy lobster in Le Bistro (of course for a few nickels and dimes). But make it your splurge night...the butter poached lobster tails are a nice size and well prepared.
