Final Billing Invoice Freedom

Never received a final billing invoice at the completion of my cruise on the Freedom. Has this practice stopped ? Did I need to go to the S&S Kiosk to print the statement ?

That, or guest services. I tend to review the charges on the TV during the cruise, so I can deal with surprises as they occur.

Found this out last month when we didnt get the final statement.

 

Wish they would have let us know but balance billed on credit card did seem about right.

 

Nezt time will check more frequently.

Seems from others, this is pretty standard now. As we like to pay ours off before we leave, guess I will have to make a trip to Guest Services the last evening. Don't really like it though.

We got statements on both our Conquest cruises a few weeks ago.

The last one was in our mailbox the last morning. The first one was shoved thru handle of our luggage that was moved to our new cabin.

It looks like the final statements are going to disappear.

Didn't get one on the Liberty in September. When I asked at guest service, they printed me one the last morning but said they were a test ship for trying out not printing them.

I got one in my box on my November 9th Breeze cruise.

We just got off the Fantasy and we had a bill slid under our door. It wasn't on the typical S&S bill paper, just plain white with the charges printed.

When we purchased drinks we didn't get a receipt. Just presented with the slip for signing. We had to ask for duplicates because we like to get the MatchPlay coupon from the casino.

it is a bad idea to not present a bill. You shouldn't leave it to the customer to have to print it. Any hotel you go to, restaurant, or whatever presents you with a bill. I would assume (theoretically of course) that if you don't present me with a bill then I don't owe you anything. Why is it my responsibility

Update ! Cabin charges are correct on my CC statement. :) So glad there were no issues without having a paper copy. Going forward I will have a paper copy in my hand before leaving the ship.
