If I hear anything from them, I will post an update. We couldn't find the agency rep even though we were out there about 20 minutes before our scheduled time. No company sign, no names on clipboard, etc. Another couple with a flight to Ireland was afraid they would miss their flight. The bus finally left a half hour later than we had booked for. As promised, here is part of the reply from the company that I received today: "I understand your point and very sorry to hear this, yet, despite all the problem transfer did take place and within allowed time frame: http://www.bcn.travel/transport/port-airport-shuttle-bus (under ''Schedule'') The maximum time you might have to wait for other passengers after coming to the pick-up point will be 30 minutes at the airport or cruise terminal."
