Can I make our final payment online?

Our final payment is due Dec.10th and when I log on to NCL I do not see a balance due or spot to pay anywhere. Can I pay the final balance online or do I have to call NCL?

Yes, I just did it yesterday. Log into MYNCL, you should see your cruise listed. I think I had to click on the cruise and then there was an option to make a payment. Once I completed it, I received an email a short while later.

If you booked through a travel agent, you will need to make final payment to the travel agent. You will not have the option to do so on My NCL.

If you booked through NCL. Navigate the MyNCL site that you log into. You should find a payment button there somewhere. If not, or you don't feel comfortable, I would pay over the phone.

 

I have never had a problem making a payment.

Did you book direct or via TA ? If a TA you need to pay thru them about 7 days before final payment . If not you can call NCL and pay over the phone.

Also need to call in if you booked through CAS.

I believe you need to go into the vacation summary to get to the make payment button.

It's booked thru CAS so I think that's why I don't have the option online. Thanks for all your responses.
