Montego Bay Margaritaville

I've not been there but will be in 2 weeks. It does not look walkable from my research, as it is on the "hip strip" aka Gloucester Ave. I suggest you Google some MoBay maps. Ships dock at the little peninsula SW of town. Perhaps those with experience will clarify.

  • 2 weeks later...

We leave this weekend, and today my DH decides he would like to go to Margaritaville while we are in Montego Bay. I've read on their website it is a 10 minute taxi ride from port.

What I was curious about, is how easy is it to get a taxi ride back to port from Margaritaville?

I was there two week ago. Be sure to wear your swimming suit the water toys and slide are fun and the water is wonderful. Margarita's are $11 us dollars (that the price in the Grand Caymans we got our drink included with our tour). I would not feel safe walking.
