Whats included with the Carnival soda card? I would be interested in unsweetened iced tea, diet coke & red bull (or whatever kind of energy drink they offer) Do you get it at guest services after you get on board?

Thanks.

Stick it in the fridge. ;)

Carnival Cruise Lines will offer all guests the option to purchase a “Bottomless Bubbles” unlimited soda program which will allow the guest unlimited soft drinks and juices for the duration of the cruise at a one-time purchase price. Prices are as follows – a 15% gratuity will be added.

Child Rate Per Day $4.50 USD (17 years of age and younger)

Adult Rate Per Day $6.00 USD (18 years of age and older)

Upon purchasing the “Bottomless Bubbles” unlimited soda program, a sticker will be placed on the guest’s Sail & Sign card. “Bottomless Bubbles” can be purchased at the ship’s Casino Bar and Pool Bar.

In all areas on board where beverage service is offered, guests may show the “Bottomless Bubbles” sticker and receive a glass of the carbonated soft drink of their choice. Juices may also be requested. One 16 ounce glass will be served at a time and only to the guest whose name appears on the Sail & Sign card with the “Bottomless Bubbles” sticker attached.

The “Bottomless Bubbles” unlimited soda program is non-transferable and may not be shared. Guests or family members who would like to enjoy soft drinks through this program must purchase their own sticker.

One beverage serving, per sticker, will be served at a time.

Soft drink is served by the glass (16 ounces); juice is served by the glass (10 ounces).

The program cannot be used through room service or the Interactive TV system, where applicable, or the minibar, where applicable.

The following beverages are available in the Lido Deck Restaurant, 24/7 and are complimentary: Coffee; Hot Tea; Hot Chocolate; Lemonade; Ice Tea.

You can get it just after boarding at guest services or on the Lido deck there is a table set up where they sell it along with Carnival cups. If you wait until in international water to purchase there should be no tax. You can always bring on a 12 pack of your favorite non alcoholic beverage such as soda or red bull. Red Bull is not included in the bottomless bubbles program so that is what I would take on board. Unsweetened tea is complimentary.

This is probably one of the most annoying and incorrect things I see repeated here over and over again. There is NO TAX charged on either Bottomless Bubbles or Cheers, regardless of where you purchase it. Ever. You are charged tax per drink purchase when you are in US ports where drinks are taxable. The small charge is on your receipt for each single drink when applicable.

Isn't the iced tea that they serve at all of the Lido beverage stations, sweetened?:confused:

Must depend on the port. We are charged tax on the whole amount (Bottomless Bubbles) when sailing out of Long Beach.

Not that big of a deal for a three day cruise- less than $2 total.

On our recent cruise on the Conquest, it was not sweetened, but a little stronger than what we are used to. Mixed half and half with the lemonade was great!

DW likes adding her own sweetener to taste, so unsweetened was the way to go for more people - then add what you want if any.

No it's not sweetened at all. I know bc it's all I drank on our last trip. It's not great but with sweetening and lemon it passes. I also brought those crystal light and mio bottles. I loved the lemon one to add to the ships tea.
