Valet luggage service

OK.......... I know that CELEBRITY valet luggage service FLL flights must be 11:30 am or later.

 

Our SW flight is 11:15 am..............

 

Has anyone had Celebrity OK a flight slightly earlier than the posted 11:30 am time ?

Nobody has ever reported success with exceptions to the time frame Celebrity specifies. I would not expect to have it approved, but the answer is always no until you ask.

I don't think SWA is one of the airlines that are involved in Luggage Valet.

One poster from March 2012 indicates they did use with SWA, but later posters say SWA was not included.

 

Many variables apply, some sailings don't offer it. Generally they need a minimum number of participants to offer it - seems 20 is magic number. I got a sign up sheet 3 days prior to docking, then got standard luggage tags the next day then valet tags with a note to discard the others the final day. They told me that was since they couldn't do OLCI to get bag tags until 24 hours prior to departure due to airline rules (I was on US Air). Guest services left voicemails letting me know status along the way.

 

I sailed Reflection out of MIA and flew out of FLL on US Air. I needed a flight after 2pm to use service for a FLL flight.
