We booked a cruise on the Opera for June 17, 2014.

Its no longer listed on the MSC website.

If it was sold out wouldn't it still be listed?

Or was it cancelled without notice?

Did you perhaps mistake the boarding day? what was your itinerary? Maybe you were on the JULY 17 sailing?

MSC are in the habit of listing and de-listing cruises in different markets quite randomly. Navigate to the MSC site of the country of departure from msccruises.com and you may find it there. If not, then the chances are that capacity to that market is being restricted. Don't panic just yet.

If your booking was accepted by MSC you should have an eight digit booking number. Go on the MSC site with your booking number and you should find your cruise details.

Hi SAC.

 

I've just checked my June 29th booking and it's still their.

 

As suggested, try the web check-in, that should reassure you.
