Brassaire 30

Has anyone experienced this? I saw it mentioned in the new C&A magazine. It was described as a gourmet dining experience in 30 minutes or less.

I read my C&A mag cover to cover and did not see this article, what page?

They had it on Monarch last week, but we didn't try it. It is a gourmet lunch in 30 minutes or less, so you can get back to other activities. Since every day is a port day on the 4 night Monarch cruise, it wasn't really an option. :)

I got to experience it the very first day they started it on the Radiance of the Seas back in April. Its basically lunch served in the dining room in 30 minutes. They apparently had alot of complaints from people saying it takes too much time to eat lunch in the dining room on port days so they decided to try this. They also changed the lunch menu finally after many years of the same menu. The food was very good and diverse
