Back to back same ship/cabin rules

On our B2B we changed cabins and our new cabin was clean and ready for us by 10:30am.. We put all our valuables in the safe(ours was a netbook so it fit, and also a tablet). If it didn't we would have taken it with us. Those cabins are wide open on turn around day.

We had planned on taking all our electronics with us in a tote bag but wound up leaving them in safe. Did take the cameras with us.

There is a whole crew cleaning, not just your room steward.

If we had a laptop, would have taken it with us.

I haven't tested my laptop in a cabin safe but it's fitted in a hotel room safe in the past. So if I have access before I get off the ship, I'll at least try.

On one cruise, my steward these folks the bathroom boys.

He was responsible for making up the cabin -- but there was

a separate group responsible for all the bathrooms. And, as

you said during turn-around, all the doors are propped

open.

I wouldn't leave anything valuable in the cabin.

On our turnaround day when staying in the same cabin which we've done many times ... we leave everything in our cabin as if it were a normal port stop.

No problems ever. :)

Of course, and that is the easy and preferred solution. However, to get a suite for the Ruby promotion, I couldn't get the same one for all three legs so will have to switch once.
