activities in Roatan Jan 2014

I'm looking for things to do in Roatan first week of Jan coming up. I've been there many moons ago and it wasn't much...it also only had one dock which I understand was Coxen Hole. We are landing @ Mahogany Bay on Princess. The other time I was there with then 16 yr old DD and we did a sailing thing with a guy from CA who had moved there. It was fun but too much sun, too much Red Stripe beer and horrible snorkeling. I'm not up for a repeat of that.

We just got back yesterday. We did Victor Bodden's driver for a day. Had Marty as a driver. Cant recomend this enough. And his monkeys were the highlight of our trip.
