Special Request on Booking

When we made our booking we had some special needs that we requested. Our PVP said it was noted with the special needs department. Now we dont see anything special with our information. How we know it is indeed infact noted with the department?

Usually it will say that under the guests tab on your booking information. I would definately call the special needs dept and make sure that everything is noted like it is supposed to be.

Special Needs should email you with a form you fill out and return either by fax or snail. If not, Call or email them at

Call to make sure they see the request on file. I "assumed" many years ago that a request was on file and then had to jump through hoops getting it taken care of correctly. It never just to double check :)
