Cuban cigars

Anybody heard of anyone who successfully smuggled Cuban cigars back home?

If you remove the band on a cigar, it is impossible for anyone to tell where it has come from.

Pack them in your suitcase. You don't have to open suitcases for any type of inspection.

Yes, definitely in your suitcase. We've put them inside shoes and supported them with socks so they don't break. Imagine the panic I felt when I saw the suitcase before ours opened up and the inspector went through...SHOES :) Never had ours checked, though. I've also put them in toothbrush holders and in a tampon box.

Just remember that most of the "Cuban" cigars you buy in the Caribbean aren't..
