Ginger Beer?

I know this may sound strange but does anyone know if they sell Ginger Beer ( a mixer, not actually beer) at a store near the Carnival Pier?

 

My wife and I like to drink Dark and Stormy's and if I can buy the ginger beer and carry it onto the Valor I will order a bottle of Black Seal Rum to be delivered to the room.

 

I appreciate any info you can give me.
