Yep....only time we'll probably be in a suite. I thought my husband would be interested in this (I'm not), but it seems he isn't. When it first came out I assumed he'd be running to do it. I was mistaken.

Wehwalt: will we meet you at the M & G on the 13th?

Planning on it. It showed up in the patter this morning I'll check with the front desk tonight

We did the UST on the Crown in January 2013. We had a bunch of unused OBC to use so decided why not! It was really great and I recommend it highly. Ours lasted about 3 hours and at the end we had 3 chilled bottles of Champagne in Adagios for 9 people. We had a really nice group of people too which made it even better. For gifts (in addition to all the pictures) we got robes, aprons, and 2 huge photo frames with mats.

Our tour was 4.5 hours. Our time on the bridge was cut short due to the ship had entered a large fog bank and we had to leave though we stayed long enough for a group shot with the captain. We ended in the aft meeting room for champagne and appetizers. Since the fog was gone, the captain showed up and answered questions for almost an hour. Well worth the money.

Several of us are hoping to do this on our CB sailing at the end of the month. We hear that the boarding for car passengers may be delayed if there is fog that causes a general delay for the arrival of the ship. As there are six of us, I hope that we won't get penalized by signing up late if we end up boarding after all of those who have flights and Princess transfers. I've heard everything from it is a lottery to you must sign up immediately, do not pass go. Guess we'll just do the best we can.

On the CB over Thanksgiving with extra passengers onboard my SIL did the tour and said there were maybe 6 people that signed up which was surprising to me. Obviously all of them made the cut.
