Beautiful ship. Other than that, about all it offers is value.

I've sent 3 very upper middle class groups of clients on it recently and they loved it. They did say some foods great some just ok, nothing bad. All have commented how fun and kind the staff were as well. I think your group could have just had an off sailing?

The staff had problems coping with the open dining concept. which MSC usually doesn't offer.

 

Food, mediocre at best. Lacked variety. If you didn't have a good time, it was your own fault.

 

The fact that RSVP aborted plans to use the ship again in 2015 speaks volumes.
