Middlesbrough jazzer Posted January 5, 2014 #1 Share Posted January 5, 2014 Hi we are on our first cruise on azura 11th jan received our tickets on 29th dec only on opening to find not only did they have us flying from gat wick instead of manchester and on the wrong day, but the names were also wrong couldn't believe we had somebody else's tickets, immeadiately phoned customer services re there mistake issuing tickets and were told the tickets would be sent that day, by sat 4th jan no tickets had arrived I mailed customer services who said tickets had not been sent and would be posted Monday 6th jan, now very concerned about tickets Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

You need to go to your P&O cruise personaliser - you will need your booking reference to get in. You need to fill out your personal details I.e date of birth, passport no, etc. Once you have done that you can down load and print off your e-ticket for each member of your party. ParCan Posted January 6, 2014 #4 Share Posted January 6, 2014 This does rather sound like an agent has screwed up rather than P&O.... log in to your Cruise Personaliser and print your tickets and Luggage Labels from there.
