Need help w/excursion, what is it?

Dolphin memorable celebration is the excursion title, it is only 1 $ sign, and says it can only be purchased aboard the ship. How is it different from the others? Does anybody know why it can only be purchased on board? Thanks, you guys know everything!!!:)

I had E-mailed Carnival about why some excursions can't be booked on the web. I just received their answer today, which was to contact Carnival at 1-800-227-6482.
