Hi We are going on the Miracle to Belize, Cozumel and the costa Maya

Do we need to take any extra health precautions other than Anti Malaria sprays and dont drink the water!

No....we have been there twice and going again in Nov. It is very hot down there so be prepared for that if going on any outdoor tours. I am from Fla. it is hot here most of the time, but it is worse there, take plenty of water with you if exploring the country!

No special precautions except bring bug spray.... and know you can not donate blood for a year because of the malaria... this goes for Costa Maya and Labadee too.... I'm sure there are other ports but these are the ones we have been to.

Talk to your doctor. The CDC recommends a hepatitus A shot and anti maleria pills. We took them (then was rerouted to the Bahamas!)
