Any walk-in pools on Gem?

We are sailing on the Gem on March 8 with my 83-yr-old Mom. I was wondering if all of the pools on Gem have only a ladder access, or if there is one with stairs out of the pool. She really can't use a ladder to get out of the pool, so if that is all there is she won't be able to use them. On some of the newer ships we have sailed, including Oasis two years ago, there was at least one pool that you could enter and exit via a set of stairs, which I think is a great innovation in ship design!

The aft pool has steps into the water. There is lip around the pool area that's about twice a normal step.
