luv2travel77 Posted January 15, 2014 #1 Share Posted January 15, 2014 My folks and I have each purchased a future cruise credit of $100. We're thinking of doing a 7-day itinerary so that would result in an onboard credit of $25 per person. We were going to book two cabins but it looks like the 4th member of our group won't be able to attend. If I were to share a cabin with my folks (for a total of 3 occupants), how will the onboard credit work? I assume that each of us three will at least have the cruise deposit of $100 applied/discounted. But for the onboard credit, am I correct to assume that ONLY TWO of us will have the OBC of $25 each being valid? Thanks for the info.

That's correct, all 3 can use the FCC as the deposit but only 2 will get OBC, or use only 2 FCC and get OBC for 2 and keep the additional FCC for future use and pay the additional $100 deposit for the 3rd person. 3rd person rate should be a bit less so if you divie the cabin cost by 3 you will all have a lower price and then divide the OBC by 3 or whatever works for your family:D
paul929207 Posted January 15, 2014 #3 Share Posted January 15, 2014 Only the first two passengers in the cabin can get the OBC for FCCs
kittycat1234 Posted January 15, 2014 #4 Share Posted January 15, 2014 The third person does not need a FCC. Just the first two.
Colo Cruiser Posted January 15, 2014 #5 Share Posted January 15, 2014 I agree, don't waste an FCC for the 3rd or 4th.
